AUS ROLE
AUS has overall responsibility for the management of utilities on behalf of TfNSW. Our commission started through procurement including Tender Negotiations/Contract Award and continued through Construction. Our Scope included pulling together the utilities scope (defined by others), the creation and management of a Utilities GIS, Constructability reviews and staging plans, preparation of Tender Estimates and Utilities Programs and claims advice and managing the Technical Advisor.
