AUS ROLE
AUS was responsible for the management of utilities on behalf of TfNSW on what many consider to be the most complex utility project undertaken in NSW. Our commission started through procurement including Tender Negotiations/Contract Award and has continued after Construction. Our Scope included pulling together the utilities scope (defined by others), the creation and management of a Utilities GIS, Constructability reviews and staging plans, preparation of Tender Estimates and Utilities Programs and claims advice.
