AUS ROLE

AUS had overall responsibility for the management of utilities on behalf of TfNSW. Our commission started with Business Case, through procurement including Tender Negotiations/Contract Award and into Construction. Our Scope included defining the utilities scope, undertaking utility concept designs, detailed design management, Constructability reviews and staging plans, preparation of Tender Estimates and Utilities Programs and claims advice.

  • Utility Clash Assessment (Registers & Drawings)
  • Preparing the Utilities Survey Scope (PS321) & Site Management
  • Utility Constructability & Staging advice
  • Utilities Designs (Contestable – Water & Electrical) & Option Papers, including obtaining Scope of Works and Letters of Offer for the utility Authority
  • Preparation of Utility Tender Estimates and Utility Construction Programs 
  • Interdisciplinary designs reviews 20, 50, 80, 100%
  • Preparing and updating the Utilities Management Plan
  • Utilities Transaction, Contract & Delivery advice
  • Subject Management Expert services for technical tender submissions review
  • Utility Specifications for inclusion in Tender/Contract
  • 3rd Party Utility Agreement advice & Interface Management
